Q: What your MOQ Policy?

A :Usually for each model is  5 pcs , but we also  try to support the new starter so if you are first to buy can contact with us , we will try to low the MOQ for you.

Q:How long take before delivery ?

A: The lead time is based on your order quanity , items in stock can arrange quickly ,if without in stock standard lead time is by 7-15 days,   If you need urgently can inform us so we can try best to arrange quickly.

Q:How is the payment method?

A: Acceptance payment terms : West Union , MoneyGarm , T/T (30% deposit, balance paid before shipment) and paypal (only suitable for sample or total value under $500)

Q:What is your shipping way and how much shipping fee will be charged

A:  1） by air : this way suitable for urgnenty need and small quanity  ,usually go with internaitonal express , like DHL , Fedex , TNT etc ,within 5-7 days can arrvial ,but relatively high shipping fee , charged based on goods weight and volum (cbm)

2)   by sea : most common way , suitable for large quanity ,shipping fee is lower than by air ,but take more days usually for 25-30 days arrvial.

Tell us your prefer shipping way and give desinatioin airport or sea port ,we can check the shipping cost for you.

Q: Do you provide OEM service ?

A: Yes , For most of products , we can offer OEM service.

Q: Whether you can offer sample? what your sample cost

A: 1)For the models we already have , will little higher price compare with wholesale price.

2)For customized model , Sample cost will be recheck based on your detail requirments.

Shipping cost will on buyer's side .

Q: Your after-sale policy?

A: We off 100% after-sale service , when have any problem for your order, pls first contact with us , we will find the solutions for you.

Q:How to order ?

A：1) Select the Model you like , and also give us your detail requirments such as quanity , color ,specfic request etc.

2).We do quotation for you , after price be agreed , we make PI for you for preview.

3)You Confirm the PI and do the 30% down payment by T/T before producation.

4)After Payment be checked ,Start producing and keep you informed of the statu.

5) Order finished , 70% balance be paid by you.

6) Arrange shipppment for you.
